Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Pick up and deliver customer vehicles in a timely manner.

Greet customers in a friendly manner when picking up their vehicles.

Use extreme caution when driving a customer’s vehicle.

Document body damage on any vehicle being picked up for service.

Communicate any customer concerns to Concierge Manager.

Clean DMV

Basic computer literacy skills

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Polite and friendly attitude

Ability to multitask

Good time management skills.

Ability to drive Manual Transmission (preferred)

Rate of Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
