Day to day operation of manufacturing equipment and secondary MFG operations. Will also require continuous use of ERP system –(Epicor). General maintenance and housekeeping of manufacturing space.

• Citizen L20/L32 Swiss Lathe  / Haas Vertical Machining Center 
• Mitsubishi Wire EDM  / SST EDM Drilling Machine 
• Ice Blasting / Glass Bead Blasting / Vapor Degreasing 
• Anodizing / Passivation / Laser Marking 
• Sodium Bicarbonate Blasting / Manual Deburring 
• Tantalum Pin Placement / Epoxy Paint 
• QC Inspection / Packaging and Labelling 
• Must be proficient in the use of all measuring equipment needed for device inspection 
• Troubleshoot production/quality issues 
• Replace and set worn or broken tools 
• Adjust offsets to maintain component conforms to required specifications 
• Ability to read blueprints 
• Other duties as assigned
