Essential Functions:

  • Receive all deliveries and place them in there designated areas.
  • Inventory all amenity items on a monthly basis.
  • Fill in as needed in laundry, as an inspector, and/or custodian.
  • Prepare room attendant carts; ensure they are clean, fully stocked and organized during working hours and properly cleaned & stored at the end of shift.
  • Prepare clubhouse golf cart (6 seater) daily by wiping down seats, body, floor and cleaning the windshield. 
  • Empty trash, pickup, shake and remove dirty linen, place clean linen in villas as instructed.
  • Assist during the cleaning of villas as instructed (power wash/blow patio).
  • Complete all assignments in the villas as assigned.
  • Clean carpets with extractor and steam clean tile when instructed - use the proper cleaning technique, chemicals and equipment. 
  • Stage villa for occupancy – blackouts open, sheers closed, amenity items placed in proper locations.
  • Place items that may have moved back to their “staged” location.
  • Turn off all lights when work in villa is complete
  • Set A/C temperature to appropriate vacant temperature.
  • Cleaning of common areas on property as instructed. 
  • Maintain golf carts in a clean and organized fashion during working hours and properly stored at the end of shift.
  • Drive golf cart responsibly following speed limits, driving on roads only and yielding to guest at all times. 
  • PM Shift – wash & dry cleaning rags
  • PM Shift – 6:00pm Clean pool deck removing any garbage, wiping tables and chairs, putting furniture back in place according to the SCR Pool Furniture Map, pick-up towels 
  • PM Shift – tidy poolside restrooms (remove trash & restock supplies)
  • Power wash exterior of all buildings on quarterly basis.
  • Complete deliveries to guests in a timely manner.
  • Break down meeting rooms following events as instructed.
  • Keep storage area in 2nd floor of clubhouse clean and organized.
  • Provide customer service to all guests in a pleasant and professional manner answering questions briefly while conforming to villa cleaning times.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge in – “safe and the correct use of all chemicals” and proper operation of equipment & tools. 
  • Demonstrate proper use of safety practices in all procedures.
  • Immediately report unsafe incidents or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor.
  • Work with other members of the team in a cooperative manner to achieve department goals.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • Vaciar la papelera, recogida, agitar y remover la ropa sucia, ropa de cama limpia lugar en villas como se indica.
  • Ayudar en la limpieza de las villas según las instrucciones Lavar los patios a piesion alta.
  • Completar todas las asignaciones en las villas que le sean asignadas.
  • Limpie las alfombras con vapor extractor y baldosas limpias cuando se le indique - utilizar la técnica adecuada limpieza, productos químicos y equipos.
  • Revisar que la villa-este presentable y todo en su lugar.
  • Asegurarce que cada villa este presentable de acuerdo al tipo de villa A, B, C o D.
  • Apague todas las luces cuando el trabajo se ha completado en la villa
  • Fije la temperatura A / C de temperatura apropiado vacante.
  • Limpieza de zonas comunes en la propiedad de acuerdo con las instrucciones.
  • Mantener los carros de golf de una manera limpia y organizada durante las horas de trabajo y se almacena adecuadamente al final del turno de trabajo.
  • Manejar carrito de golf de manera responsable siguiendo los límites de velocidad, el carro de golf salo debe ser manejado en las áreas asignadas nunca en las banquetas o el pasto y cediendo a los huéspedes en todo momento.
  • Turno de la tarde - lavado y limpieza en seco trapos
  • Turno de la tarde - 6:00 pm cubierta de la piscina limpia eliminando cualquier basura, limpiar las mesas y sillas, muebles de poner en su lugar de acuerdo con el SCR Piscina Muebles Mapa, toallas de pick-up
  • Turno de la tarde - baños junto a la piscina (ordenado retirar la basura y reponer los suministros)
  • Lavado exterior de todos los edificios en forma trimestral.
  • Entregas completas a los clientes de manera oportuna.
  • Divida las salas de reuniones siguientes eventos según las instrucciones.
  • Mantenga el área de almacenamiento en el segundo piso de la clubhouse limpia y organizada.
  • Proporcionar servicio al cliente para todos los huéspedes en un ambiente agradable y profesional contestar brevemente cual quier pregunta que tenga el huesped mientras que conforme a los tiempos de limpieza villa.
  • Demostrar un conocimiento práctico en - "el uso correcto de todos los productos químicos" y el funcionamiento correcto de los equipos y herramientas.
  • Demostrar el uso apropiado de las prácticas de seguridad en todos los procedimientos.
  • Informar inmediatamente incidentes peligrosos o condiciones inseguras al supervisor.
  • Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo de forma cooperativa para lograr los objetivos del departamento.

Requirements

Education/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 
  • Carpet cleaning experience preferred.

Specific Skills Required:

  • Communicate via 2-way radio
  • Drive and operate a golf cart
  • Operate a buffer machine, carpet extractor and other heavy weight equipment. Must be able to read chemical labels, resort policies and other instructions.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, pull and or push up to 40lbs, move, stand, walk, traverse, crouch/stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach, bend, see, recognize, distinguish, convey information and converse with staff & guests with great consistency.
