The Sales Manager job purpose is the sale of product in a specified region or other major geographic area by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. Ensure that all Sales Representative of Aries Technology display professionalism throughout all public activities and/or joint endeavors with network operators. Must be available to travel extensively when deemed necessary by management; must be available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours whenever necessary. Perform all duties in manner that exhibits courtesy, professionalism, and competency at all times; responsible to ensure that all listed and assigned duties are carried out. This position will assist in any other areas when requested by management.
Position Responsibilities
- Assists in the formation of annual sales strategies.
- Acts as liaison with Tribal gaming personnel.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Represents company at trade shows to promote product.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
- Adherence to all company and department policies and procedures.
- Promote a clean, safe & healthy work environment.

Specific Accountabilities
· Works independently; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required; primary job functions typically require exercising independent judgment.
· Supervision responsibilities are limited to specific work situations and specific projects as necessary.
· Interfaces with all departments regarding gaming network issues; has responsibility and authority to initiate investigations and troubleshooting with any RGS staff necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Current knowledge of NIGC rules and regulations.
· Ability to stay current on all aspects of the industry, including but not limited to back-end systems, compacts, legislative changes, independently to effectively target potential opportunities.
· Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas is a must.
· Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills with self-driven, motivated and results oriented is also required.
