Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Perform HVAC & Refrigeration repairs in and around Lodge as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager, perform general repair and maintenance of any and all HVAC & Refrigeration equipment found in and around the Lodge. Specific work areas will be assigned as needed. Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks is required. Ensure that all safety systems are operable. Respond to guest room calls as required.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
UNIVERSAL HVAC & REFRIGERATION REQUIRED
High school or equivalent education required.
Experience
Must have minimum of three years hands-on experience working in HVAC & Refrigeration.
EXPERIENCE WITH PTAC REPAIR A PLUS
