Job Description:
Ensure Block Imaging fulfills commitments, provides a noteworthy customer experience, and manages information within internal systems. Specifically providing sales and administrative support to the Equipment Team and Product Managers, developing relationships, and strives to synergize, enhance and integrate systems efficiency while providing exceptional customer service.
- Have a big picture view to synergize, simplify, and link sales opportunities across modalities.
- Create purchasing and sales contracts and invoicing that accurately portray projects and protects Block Imaging.
- Manage incoming and outgoing product inventory.
- Effective and efficient communication with customers and Block Imaging staff.
- Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with others for the benefit of Block Imaging.
- Handling customer service needs and building business relationships with customers.
- To assure timely and accurate communication to/from customers and vendors.
- To assure the needs of customers/vendors are swiftly and accurately addressed, building a relationship of trust with customers and vendors.
- To assure the accurate and timely completion of sales and purchasing support duties.
- To represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- To increase sales and purchasing.
- Track existing sales and purchasing opportunities moving them forward in decision cycle.
- Reporting and data management.
- Handling any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Degree with post high school education in sales or administrative services. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Course work in business, major or minor, preferred.
Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience in a business to business (B2B) setting or equivalent.
