We are committed to attracting creative, collaborative construction professionals who exemplify our core values, evangelize our culture and are empowered to contribute to - and benefit from - the growth and success of the organization.
Our Value Proposition:
Brinkman Construction employs a robust Total Rewards Strategy comprised of competitive compensation, profit-sharing, spot-bonuses and our acclaimed Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), alongside flexible benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, tax-advantaged Health Savings Accounts, short-and-long-term disability, ancillary insurance plans and a 401(k) with matching contributions.

About the Role:
Brinkman Construction’s team of carpenters are committed craftsmen, offering exceptional skill in constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard. The ability to build rough & finish structures, including concrete forms, staircases and finish casework and assemble prefabricated materials such as cabinets, furniture and shelving rounds out their areas of expertise.
This is a highly collaborative role in a relationship driven organization, so this role requires fluency in speaking and understanding English - with the ability to follow both verbal and hand-signaled directions. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recognize real and potential hazards on the jobsite are imperative, as is the ability to proactively resolve issues as they arise.
We're looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about their craft, take pride in their work, and offer mastery of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. The ability to read blueprints and building plans will serve you well.
