This is a hands on role, so if you're tired of sitting at a desk or you're not feeling fulfilled, we'd love for you to lead and participate in our operations, both in the front and back of house while building relationships with your team and the community you live in.

Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Be approachable for guests and team members
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining your      composure. 
  • Open to learning 
  • Lead by example
  • Education: High School Diploma required. Undergraduate      (bachelor’s) degree, preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an      employee at Seasons Pizza, or 2+ years of experience in a leadership role      (manager, shift supervisor, etc) in a restaurant or food-oriented      environment is required. Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage      controls, and operational efficiencies is preferred.
  • Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for      long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Applicants must have weekend      availability and will typically be scheduled to close the restaurant 4      nights a week.
