Irontown Modular is looking for an in-house individual that is experienced in construction business development, is self motivated, hungry for sales, and ready to grow with our company. This individual will be guiding multi-family and hospitality developers to move forward with their projects using modular construction.
We focus on single and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.
The Business DEVELOPMENT Manager is to have Construction background and experience in the below areas:
- Relationship Sales
- Project Management
- Technical Sales
- Land Development / Entitlement
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Working directly with Construction Developers
The duties include finding, developing, and closing preconstruction and construction contracts for new custom modular PROJECTS. Most projects are orchestrated over the phone and require excellent phone skills, construction and financing knowledge base, communication skills, and follow up. Must be team oriented.

Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000 per year base plus commission range from $20,000 to $70,000.
