Communicates with customers and provides product and service information for dealers and processes cabinet orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the immediate/acting leadership.
- Enters/processes all orders for new products or replacement parts.
- Analyze floor plans to ensure Kitchen cabinets will successfully fit in a customer's home.
- Completes credit memos, enters RGA data, and works with delivery information.
- Interacts with customers who would like to make changes to their Kitchen cabinets.
- Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide are required on a daily basis.
- Keyboarding skills are required on a regular basis.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, and work in a quite environment.

Required Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret line graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
