Universal Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Fort Liberty, North Carolina to support the Material Management Team (MMT) contract. The Project Manager will lead a geographically diverse team in the support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) G-4 material management and property accountability programs. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for a highly complex TECHNICAL program or group of programs. 


Principal Duties:

  • Responsible for P&L or business development and is accountable for overseeing the results of multi-functional project teams 
  • Serves as the hiring manager for a diverse team with differing skills, at multiple locations
  • Responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of the program within the guidelines set by the requiring agency
  • Monitors programs to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well-defined and maintained in accordance with program documents and the Performance Work Statement
  • Provides coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received 
  • Conducts performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs 
  • Provides advice and counsel to senior G-4 leaders to emerging requirements that impact readiness of drive costs
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of US Army Regulations and processes in the following areas: materiel management, property management, accountability, asset visibility, equipment divestiture, and redistribution and support team services for all classes of supply 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Knowledge of Army Logistics Information Systems, including Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Decision Support Tool (DST), and Force And Asset Support Tool (FAAST)
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team  
  • United States Army Reserve experience is highly desired
