We are seeking a full-time, team-oriented attorney to work in our office in Denver, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a Colorado-licensed attorney to perform challenging and diverse legal work while still maintaining positive work-life balance. We are seeking a candidate for this position who will be able to provide excellent customer service and to build and maintain relationships with our member companies. A successful candidate must have the ability to provide advice and practical solutions to employers on a wide variety of complex HR and employment law related issues, including those related to hiring, employee relations, performance management, employee pay, discipline, and termination, among others. This person will be able to present engaging employment law training courses for small and large audiences both in person and online. Finally, this person will write concise guidance and legal updates for HR professionals and company management, and will stay abreast of developments in employment law, labor law, and HR best practices.
• J.D. degree and current admission to CO bar
• 1-3 years’ experience in employment law or related field, including representation before administrative tribunals
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally on occasion

• Admission to additional states in western region (or willingness to seek admission)
