The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. MedBridge is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Integration Project Manager with a proven track record of executing successful technical projects and fostering strong customer relationships. In this role you will:

  • Lead client implementations including planning, configuration and training.
  • Develop, monitor, and execute against implementation schedule to ensure delivery of defined scope.
  • Drive project kickoff, check-in and handoff calls with professional, executive presence.
  • Conduct end user and system administrator product training, user acceptance testing and other go-live activities.
  • Define clear roles & responsibilities and hold clients accountable for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage all custom development requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date progress on the project to ensure accurate reporting and issue management.
  • Adhere to SOPs to ensure standardization and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage the client relationship and satisfaction. Assess, escalate and resolve risks and issues.
  • Lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status and discuss issues, risk, resolutions, etc. 
  • Work closely with Client Admins and internal team members to conduct continual product and workflow analysis.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between Sales and downstream teams.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS related project and/or implementation management.
  • BA in a related field: business administration, public health, or relevant experience
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client service, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Aptitude and the drive to become SME over multiple products..

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
