Description

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a bubbly, team-oriented recruiter to add to our Talent Acquisition team!


The Recruiter will own the full cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees. The recruiter will implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed and accurate job descriptions and specifications.

· Prepare recruitment materials and assist with the job posting and advertisement processes.

· Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

· Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media. 

· Screen applications and resumes.

· Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.

· Schedule interviews for hiring managers and other stakeholders; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

· Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

· Proactively identify future hiring needs.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

· Attend and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

· Grow the talent pipeline

· Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 

· SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.

· 1-3 years of hands-on talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Knowledge of MacOS and be comfortable operating in a primarily Mac OS environment

· Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems.

· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
