Chmura’s products utilize web technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, SASS, D3, etc. Our UI Developer must have a desire to research and learn new technologies to help ensure that Chmura is utilizing the latest JavaScript techniques and frameworks efficiently. Collaboration is essential, and must be able to communicate effectively and work with other employees both local and remote.
Chmura's Cleveland office is in the Downtown/Playhouse Square district, and we are looking for creative and driven people who can perform and grow with our company!
Responsibilities:
¦ Work with development teams to design and implement UI using Angular framework
¦ Write JavaScript and TypeScript code to access and utilize dynamic server-side APIs
¦ Debug existing code across multiple browsers
¦ Create and test reusable Angular UI components
¦ Work in an agile software development environment (Kanban)
¦ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
¦ 2-5 years of professional work experience
¦ Work experience in all tiers of web front-end SPA development: AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
¦ Understanding of underlying Angular framework, JavaScript Promises, and other async concepts
¦ Exposure to AngularJS and/or React
¦ Experience integrating RESTful APIs for server-side functionality
¦ UI/Design Experience
¦ Familiar with GIT / VSTS
¦ Working knowledge of Typescript preferred
¦ Experience with the Microsoft stack preferred
