SALES TEAM LEAD
Description

The Sales Team lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. This position is a senior-level role who will work closely with other leaders and departments throughout the company. This is a full-time position (45-55 hours/week), located at our Onalaska branch. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading sales team and coordinating the workflow of sales activities

• Development and coordination of marketing strategies for team

• Meets with Leadership team on a regular basis to develop and execute Company strategies

• Trains, appraise and counsels’ employees for optimal performance

• Audit team performance for accuracy and thoroughness

• Prepares accurate estimates for sales of products according to Company procedure

• Collaborates with Production Team Leader to maintain appropriate levels of product manufactured in-house.

• Reviews work orders with Production and Installation/Service Team Leaders to ensure understanding of work to be performed. Offers options for materials to be used in production and installation.

• Participates in Company meetings, appropriate industry association meetings and shows, training meetings, and seminars.



Requirements

 Education/Experience

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in sales, marketing, or management

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and management experience

• Experienced in leading a team of 5-10 individuals

• Have experience with digital advertising platforms

• Have experience with EOS
