RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Program Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Program Analyst will provide onsite and remote federal program assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General support for all business operations leadership
- Calendar management of senior leaders
- Routine telephone and in-person reception and greeting of clients and visitors
- Set up meetings, arrange for conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, and outside phone lines
- Edit and format internal communications, presentations, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain and store Policy and permanent correspondence records in the agency eDOCS system
- Collaborate with the Office of Management to ensure best policies, practices, and procedures are upheld
- Provide administrative support, as determined from time to time, under direct guidance from assigned officers
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports as required by the various divisions
- Coordinate responses to the government travel contractor on CBA use.
- Assist in composing, maintaining, and clarifying the travel policies and procedures of the agency.
- Assist and provide supplemental training to staff, travelers, and approvers on using the e-travel system, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public Trust
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting senior-level government officials
- Experience working in federal budgeting
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
