Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety protocols and be committed to ensuring the safety of others. A Guard Card is a plus. The successful candidate will possess a fast-paced mindset and be highly adaptable, as well as demonstrate professionalism and a customer service-driven attitude at all times. 

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property

- Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors

- Adapt to changing situations and environments quickly and efficiently

- Collaborate with other security personnel and local law enforcement as needed

- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities

- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

- Guard Card certification is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations

- High level of professionalism and integrity

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
