We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and results driven Client Relations Account Manager. Someone who has a strong reputation for delivering results, provides superior customer service, and possess multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have customer interaction experience, ideally 1+ years’ experience with large balance commercial clients. Merchant Cash Advance experience a plus!
- Handle inbound requests from our clients, ranging from account balance inquiries to reconciling a missed payment
- Follow up with clients who have missed a payments in order to schedule make-up payments
- You will work closely with the Sales Department to improve client experience and encourage renewals
- You will address client requests concerning billing or service rendered and ensure customer service levels are acceptable
- Other duties as assigned.
