Our Research team is seeking an experienced researcher to join our survey research practice and help us conduct quality research and create deliverables that help and delight our members. Requirements

  

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree and at least two 2 years of professional-level experience, preferably including research and/or data analytics responsibilities. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, in a related field, such as I/O or social psychology or other quantitative social science field, or in data science, statistics or business analytics.
  • At least one year of professional-level experience developing customer-facing deliverables (reports, presentations and/or data tools).
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency programming/coding to clean and analyze data, preferably in R or Python. (SPSS accepted)
  • Ability to derive a story from data and analytics, using data storytelling principles and practices and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks independently and coordinate competing projects using good organization, planning and time management skills and requesting additional resources and consultation when needed. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of survey research, including instrument development and analysis
  • Interest in human resources and workplace research

Tell us if you have: 

  • Knowledge of total rewards programs and practices and familiarity with the terminology 
  • Experience with data visualization using ggplot, ggvis, leaflet, D3, plotly or similar R or Python packages.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports and/or stories in PowerBI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of user experience principles and practices
  • Experience with SQL database queries
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis and/or mixed methods research methodology


At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target at 5% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
