The Data Enablement team at Collegis Education is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Digital Analyst. The Sr. Technical Digital Analyst will be responsible for implementing and evaluating sophisticated measurement solutions for existing and potential partners in higher education. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, a bachelor's or master’s degree in MIS, IS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. The candidate should also possess strong organizational and documentation skills, be able to independently prioritize tasks with and without manager feedback, handle technical partner engagements, mentor new team members and interns, and participate in resource planning and partner meetings. 


Primary Responsibilities, Essential Functions and Requirements:

  • Evaluating complex or ambiguous measurement solutions at existing and potential partners.
  • Implementing advanced measurement solutions for existing and potential partners.
  • Making formal recommendations to improve data collection (website data collection audits, dataflow whiteboards, systems inventories, etc.).
  • Mentoring new team members and interns, as well as delegating day-to-day tasks.
  • Running technical partner engagements to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Participating in resource planning and partner meetings to develop solutions and optimize processes.
  • Fluent in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Slate, and Hubspot.
  • Have some knowledge of learning management and student information systems.
  • Strong documentation skills to accurately record, organize, and manage information for partners.
  • Chip into team competency and cohesion through demos, working sessions, knowledge sharing sessions, and team activities.
  • Possess expert-level knowledge in web analytics tools and technology such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Possess working knowledge of HTML/CSS, some Javascript, and some SQL.
  • Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in MIS, IS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related field.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and technology such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Fluent in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Slate, and Hubspot.
  • Some knowledge of learning management and student information systems.

Education, Certifications and Licensures:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in MIS, IS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
