Primary contact person for customers and distributors.
Promote positive customer experience through modeling great customer service and handling escalations promptly
Provide proposals and quotes
Understanding of the standard products of the assigned industry, hardware and general installation procedures
Seek out new sales opportunities, both independently and in conjunction with distributors.
Exercise independent judgement, discretion and decision making about matters of significance regarding sales.
Travel to customers, distributors are required
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Provide product demonstration and training to customers and/or distributors.
Participate in Trade shows
Be available to work on special projects as time allows. This includes providing support to establish new systems, any organizational requirements, updating records, and assisting with trade show, including working with Sales Design Engineer as needed.
Attend and participate in local meetings and sales events
Other related and/or assigned tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s prefer with 5 years sales experience.
Excellent communication skills; good written, verbal and active listening skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational/administrative skills
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
