Primary contact person for customers and distributors.
Timely communication to answer customer questions or complaints. This will include inquiries regarding product specifications and certification, order status, projected ship dates, changes in ship dates, tracking missing items, etc.
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
Provide proposals, quotes, credit, and terms in accordance with InCord’s policy.
Seek out new sales opportunities, both independently and in conjunction with distributors.
Exercise independent judgement, discretion and decision making about matters of significance regarding inside sales.
Proactively recommend units needed by customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Prepare reports for tracking trends, sales, and customer data
Travel to customers, distributors and/or trade-shows
Order entry, invoicing, filing, faxes, correspondence, mailings, and reviewing orders in MAS, may require printing of production sheets and labels as necessary, ordering sample packages and miscellaneous requests, fluency with InCord part numbers and their respective units of measure. This will also include maintaining paper trails and documentation for any requested research tasks.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Understanding of the standard products of the assigned industry, hardware, and general installation procedures
Required to be familiar with all production phases on the manufacturing floor. This will include a general understanding of material, borders, option combinations, equipment, etc.
Provide product demonstration and training to customers and/or distributors.
Be available to work on special projects as time allows. This includes providing support to establish new systems, any organizational requirements, updating records, and assisting with trade show, including working with Sales Design Engineer as needed.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
4 years sales experience
