Description
The SOAR team is made up of specialized sales agents dedicated to lead conversion! The Sales Consultant will utilize a consultative sales model to increase appointments for our Mathnasium, Math Learning Centers. Candidates must be focused on first call resolutions and must be able to adjust to each situation. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying unique buying signs and adjusting their sales approach to fit the needs of each caller. Agents will pre-qualify leads by identifying the customers distress points, show their expertise by educating families on the Mathnasium program, and utilizing persuasive language to highlight benefits and features of the program. The Sales Consultant will assist the Mathnasium learning centers in managing their sales leads & following up with potential clients. Each agent will be responsible for meeting company Key Performance Metrics that contribute to the overall growth of the company. The sales candidates must be professional with all internal and external customers. The main goal of the Sales Consultant's role is to help increase enrollments at the center level by increasing center appointments. Candidates should be self motivated, enthusiastic, persuasive and sales driven.

Pay: Starting at $20 (based on experience) / 40 hours per week

Call Center Hours:
- 9 AM - 8 PM Monday - Thursday
- 9 AM - 5 PM Friday
- Saturday 10 AM - 3 PM
- Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM
Supplemental pay types:
- Monthly Sales Bonus based on performance
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Utilize a consultative sales model to pre-qualify customers & schedule appointments for the Mathnasium Centers
- Appropriately manage sales leads in our Customer Maintenance system (RADIUS)
- Focus on First Call Resolution by scheduling appointments on the first contact
- Outbound calling to follow-up with prospective customers
- Demonstrate Expertise by successfully educating Mathnasium parents using the Mathnasium Sales Model.
- Maintain lead tracking by logging all interactions within a specified time
- Provide a positive - consultative sales experience to all leads
- Meet daily and weekly/monthly/yearly quotas/goals and Key performance Indicators
- Adhere to their schedules and attendance guidelines
- Adjust to company changes and procedures
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
