Front Desk Night Auditor Agent
Description

We are looking for a professional hotel Front Desk Night Auditor Agent to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk from 11pm to 7am. The Front Desk Night Auditor Agent will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and assisting guests with their reservations.

The successful candidate will be presentable and friendly and have outstanding people skills. S/he should be great at multitasking and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Check guests into their rooms and out of their rooms.
  • Collect and verify guest payments.
  • Assign rooms to guests and inform them of property amenities.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
  • Answer all guest questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and capture and deliver messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain hotel records and files.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
