As a Transportation Engineer at Sebago, you will:
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction drawings using industry standard guidelines
- Develop design plans for geometrics of roadways and intersections, closed and open drainage systems, pavement design, pavement markings and signage, and multimodal facilities
- Development of conceptual plans and feasibility analysis
- Prepare contract specifications and cost estimates
- Oversee construction administration efforts for projects, and
- Provide technical mentoring of project staff.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 years minimum in experience in Transportation Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required, or ability to obtain within a year
- Proficiency in engineering software such as MicroStation or AutoCAD, InRoads/Open Roads or Civil 3D, Hydra Flow
- Strong communication skills – I know, we all ask for that
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and diversity
- Experience working with state or federal transportation authorities is a plus
