Description
Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detailed oriented, highly motivated individual to work in their CAD Group.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of civil engineering plans
- Planning and design of roadway and related projects
- Planning and design of underground utility and stormwater projects
- Planning and design of site development related projects
- Assist the project manager and engineer with the preparation of plans
- Keep up with the latest CADD technology and client requirements
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school graduate with an Associate’s degree or certificate in drafting technology or related field
- Experience working with Illinois DOT’s or local agencies preferred
- Prior experience in the preparation of plans, plan and profiles, cross-sections and infrastructure improvements
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation a plus OR
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with MicroStation; AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
