Fred F. Collis & Sons has been providing energy performance solutions to the greater Mohawk Valley area for over 87 years! We are seeking a crew leader for our cellulose insulation team to support the continued growth of our operations.

Job Overview:

• Perform AND manage weatherization work safely, effectively, and efficiently. This includes insulating walls, attics, and basements.
• Lead your teammates to provide quality insulation installation for our customers.
• Associates will be expected to properly and professionally represent Fred F. Collis & Sons - maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and craftsmanship.

• Experience with insulation or general construction
• BPI Certification, Manufacturer Certification or previous insulation/weatherization experience is a plus
• Prior experience leading a team is preferred
• Valid NYS DL, reliable transportation and hand tools required
