Description
The primary purpose of the Occupational Therapist is to screen and/or evaluate, and treat all residents with abnormal function related to an injury, disability, or other health condition, to assist them in reaching and maintaining their potential for independence in activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved course in Occupational Therapy, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree, from an accredited school.
- Licensed to practice OT in NYS, and currently registered by the state’s Education Department.
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
Salary Description
$40 - $50
