As a Retail Attendant at Skyland Ranch, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service while assisting our guests with selecting and purchasing souvenir and other items from our retail outlets. You will greet every guest with a smile and offer assistance. Using our Point-of-Sale system, you will efficiently process the customers transaction following appropriate company policies and procedures. Helps to maintain stock and displays as well as general housekeeping of the retail area. Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and a great work environment for your fellow team members is a must.
Our park will be open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so we have positions that will fit your needs! Whether you are looking for a new career, extra hours, change of pace, or summer job we have something for you!

- Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management to include sales, promotions, and policies.
- Properly operate the Point-of-Sale system and efficiently and accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
- Ensures assigned area is stocked, clean, and organized.
- Assist with inventories and monitoring the sales floor.
- Identify and handle any customer concerns and complaints, involving Management when necessary.
