Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our St Petersburg office. AIM is an HVAC service provider for commercial and industrial clients with a focus on preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, equipment upgrades, etc…. Technicians must be driven and able to work independently.
Job Description:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Experience:

• HVAC: 3+ years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)

 Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of verifiable experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair commercial systems.
• EPA certification.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug testing and criminal background.
• Previous experience in HVAC/R or other related fields
• Familiarity with advanced low-voltage control circuitry
• Knowledge of Energy management systems
• Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• No criminal background
• Solid, verifiable employment history and references
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a random drug trust.
