Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Book and rent rental vehicles to service customers and outside renters.
- Explain rental fees, policies and procedures
- Prepare rental forms, obtaining customer signatures and needed insurance documents.
- Inspect rental vehicles for damage upon arrival from previous rental customers.
- Reserve rental vehicles for any upcoming reservations.
- Manage TRAC employees as needed.
- Facilitate needed repairs with Service Manager and any necessary outside vendors, if required.
- Run all required monthly reports requested by the business office.
- Control inventory and watch ongoing mileage on each vehicle.
- Interact with insurance companies and customers to resolve collision or comprehensive damage, if required.
- Collect fees such as Fast Trac, parking tickets, fuel costs, if necessary.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Conditions:
- Temperature controlled office.
Rate of Pay:
$20 - $25/hour, depending on experience.
