Our Retention Agents answer incoming calls from our policyholders; these calls include talking to customers who may be unhappy with the product they have purchased. It is the Retention Specialist's role to actively listen and discover opportunities to foster customer loyalty through special offers only available in Retention. Our agents utilize their sales skills to help our policyholders by educating them on the value of the product and demonstrating practical uses as it may apply to them.
