Immediate Opening: Parts Representative – Competitive Pay and Benefits
Fitzgerald Auto Mall is actively seeking an experienced Body Shop Parts Representative to join our team. We’re looking for candidates with a proven history of high performance and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to company processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive parts professionally and in a timely manner.
- Inspect parts for damage and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Process parts into the CCC One management system accurately.
- Match parts with the correct vehicle orders.
- Maintain a well-organized parts inventory.
- Handle returns, credits, and cores in an efficient manner.
- Communicate with technicians about parts arrival and storage.
- Regularly check with technicians to ensure parts needs are met.
- Assist with transporting vehicles between locations as required.
- Pull parts for technicians as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Collision Industry or Auto Parts is a must.
- A clean, valid driver’s license is required; duties will occasionally involve vehicle cleaning and transport.
- Occasional shop cleaning duties are also part of the role.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of teamwork and be ready to assist others when needed.
