Kondex Corporation is looking for Assembly Techs to join the Sickle Assembly department.

Current opening on 2nd shift

$3.00 per hour shift premium

2nd Shift hours: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to 12 am 

(Hours can fluctuate depending on customer requirements and training needs)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic manual assembly using pneumatic and hand tools.  
• Reading prints and routings. 
• Performing basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices. 
• Wrapping completed products in preparation for shipment.  
• Closing orders in computer system. 
• Perform manual material handling.
• Performing 5S activities, including limited preventative maintenance on equipment. 
• May assist in training full time, part time, or temporary associates in the Sickle Assembly department. 
• The responsibilities listed above are not all encompassing of what may be asked of associates in this position.   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred.
