We are focused on scalable, performance-driven campaigns that supercharge reach for brands across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok. We’re powering the influencer marketing programs for some of the largest globally recognized brands in the world such as Epic Games, Warby Parker, CASETiFY, Gameloft, and Manscaped. Our experienced team delivers successful influencer marketing campaigns by creating custom strategies, providing data insights, and managing end-to-end campaign operations.

As an Influencer Campaign Manager at Pixly you’ll be working with multiple brands and be responsible for their influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll contact and negotiate with influencers to produce high quality sponsored content across creator platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok. 

Note: This role allows for commission anywhere from 1-6K extra per month.


  • Run brand campaigns completely from start to finish
  • Identify appropriate influencers for our brand partners and take a leading role to contact, secure, and activate sponsored influencer content
  • Establish relationships with influencers, negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details
  • Review sponsorship content to ensure we are delivering high-quality influencer activations that exceed our clients expectations
  • Manage brand partnerships within a variety of categories such as D2C, gaming, technology, and more
  • Create and share post campaign reporting with results and successes with the brand
  • Collaborate with team members with knowledge sharing and support when needed


  • 3 years minimum experience in influencer marketing and campaign management. **MUST have experience working with influencers**
  • A proven track record of successfully fulfilling at least 200 influencer sponsorship activations


  • Deep understanding of the influencer space and creator platforms (primarily YouTube)
  • Confident liaising with influencers, management and brands over email, text, and phone
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This is a relationship-based industry, so a lot of your work will be through email, phone calls, and working closely with other Pixly team members
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in negotiation, pricing, and navigating contract terms
  • Understanding of key influencer metrics, campaign KPIs, conversion funnels, and the ability to make data-driven decisions

Salary Description
$65,000/year - $115,000/year
