JOB SUMMARY: The primary task of the Import Analyst I is to use proprietary MMI EPIC™ software to import medical imaging into the MMI database such that the images are organized in accordance with the needs of the project and are labeled as indicated by source documentation. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Project Support for Trials and Studies 

• Digitize medical films and load digital imaging from disk 
• Identify imaging modalities and views 
• Interpret source documentation submitted with the imaging 
• Enter clinical trial demographic information to properly organize and describe imaging 
• Identify and label relevant anatomy 
• Transfer images into the MMI database using proprietary MMI EPIC™ software 
• Observe established MMI procedures to properly account for common issues and discrepancies that may be encountered during import 
• Follow project-specific instructions for special handling of images during import 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Preferred graduate of an accredited program for Radiography, Sonography, or equivalent
• Preferred completion of training as a Radiologic Technologist, or a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) certificate
• Relevant work experience involving detailed data entry
