The hours for this full-time position at Mosaic House are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, with occasional Wednesdays until 6:00pm, occasional Saturdays and Holidays for special events.

*These are great work hours with most Holidays off and paid starting day one of employment!! 


The Assistant Manager of Clubhouse Services assists in overseeing, planning, directing, and implementing daily operations of Mosaic House and Hope Springs Clubhouses. Assists in developing, in consultation with the Manager of Clubhouse Services, new opportunities for growth and expansion.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with developing recommended goals, objective and strategies, and carrying out policy directives including maintenance of clubhouse quality improvement plan.
  • Assisting in tracking all required documentation-ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time., including daily notes, IRPs, assessments and reviews. Ensures all members files are in compliance with state regulations, managed care requirements and company policies. 
  • Assist with evaluating and making necessary modifications to improve the management and delivery of services and ensuring compliance with all state and ICCD requirements.
  • Assist with developing work opportunities, educational, social, and recreational activities to meet member needs.
  • Assist with the responsibility for hiring, directing, training, and evaluation of all Clubhouse staff. Ensure all program staff are up to date with required trainings.
  • Assist with developing linkages and work collaboratively with inter-and intra-agency services. 
  • Assist with providing crisis intervention and referrals to members as needed.
  • Assist with the responsibility for Clubhouse maintenance and comply with Threshold's confidentiality policy.
  • Perform other related duties as required by Manager of Clubhouse Services, VP, or Associate VP of the Mental Health Department

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, experience with job development/job training preferred
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practioner Certification required
  • Computer knowledge is a must
  • Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • PA Criminal History Clearance
  • FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
  • FBI Clearance (Department of Human Services)
  • Child Abuse Clearance
