You’ll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.


This is a hunter-focused position where you’ll break into untapped markets, leverage digital platforms, and cultivate referral sources to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver customized value propositions that address their unique mobility and lifecycle management challenges, driving operational efficiency and cost savings.

Compensation

Uncapped commission potential, expected to earn:

Good Sales Performers: $100k-$150k+ 

Great Sales Performers: $150k-$250k+

Top Sales Performers: $250k-$500k+ 


What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in business development or technical sales (preferably in SaaS or mobility), with a demonstrated history of consistently exceeding quotas. Experience in managed services and navigating complex sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Builder: Experience converting cold leads and engaging C-suite decision-makers in Mid-Market, Enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Technical Aptitude: Knowledge in mobility, SD-WAN, or wireless WAN networking is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: You foresee issues, take initiative, and tackle challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives under deadlines, enjoys prioritizing, and excels in delivering correct results efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric: Driven to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and continuous success.
  • Strong presentation skills: Comfortable using PowerPoint and conducting remote and in-person presentations.
  • Reliant on a CRM for managing sales activities, opportunities and maintaining contacts.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T).
  • Ability to create a Scope of Work
