Job Description

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout three buildings, including the bathrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces. The Custodian also assists in keeping track of supplies and communicating with the Buyer when items need to be restocked. This position will perform the following duties:

· Sweep and mop floors.

· Vacuum rugs.

· Clean bathrooms, including sanitizing, and refill hand soap/paper towels.

· Maintaining cleanliness in breakrooms by wiping down tables, microwaves, sinks, and water dispensers.

· Daily dusting throughout office spaces and any flat surfaces.

· Take out trash from office, bathroom, and breakroom spaces and replace bags.

· Assist in any other projects to maintain an organized and clean workplace as needed.

· Minimum of one year janitorial or related experience needed.
