Description
Responsibilities:
- General admissions, ticket sales, season pass sales and processing
- Answering telephone inquiries, and greeting guests. Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
- General customer service responsibilities
- Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and balance a cash drawer
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability

- Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
