What we need:

MikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for a Digital Director to join our global Digital Practice and execute social media marketing programs across our Corporate/B2B and Consumer clients. This role will support teams across the agency and will be based out of our New York office. As a Digital Director, this role will oversee developing insights-based strategies for our clients while also running day-to-day account activities to ensure our digital programs are integrated with all teams and executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate is passionate about and is immersed in the full digital landscape, knows how to translate data into insights for brands, has strong writing skills, and can manage multiple client accounts. 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Work closely alongside leaders of the Digital Practice and teams across the agency to help enhance social offerings for our clients to ensure agency is evolving and staying ahead of the curve 

· Execute multiple facets of client programs including social strategy development, paid media strategy development, content development, influencer programming, campaign execution, and analytics and reporting to help clients meet their business objectives

· Deliver client-ready materials including plans, memos, proposal decks and timelines

· Analyze key metrics and propose strategies and optimizations as needed to maximize program KPIs across all relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and client website

· Research and understand relevant industry experts, influencers, competitors, target audience and users as it relates to each client 

· Participate in new business research and proposals as needed 

· Oversee activity reports and account management needs for clients

 Requirements/Qualifications + Success Factors:

· 8+ years of experience that includes social media marketing, content strategy and development, and paid social media management 

  • Client      Management:      Strong experience as the client lead, spearheading the strategy and      execution of integrated accounts including experience seamlessly      incorporating corporate/consumer/digital strategies
  • Strategy: Strong strategic thinking and      experience developing programming and plans from research to strategy to      tactics and measurement
  • Results-Driven: Proven      track-record of delivering high-impact social/digital media marketing      results for clients/accounts 
  • Account/Client Management: Ability      to “get smart quickly”- understand and learn different business sectors      swiftly; ability to anticipate client needs and prepare in advance,      troubleshooting clients’ problems as they arise; ensure that all accounts      are strategically on target with clients’ business objectives

· Team Management: Ability to manage multiple mid-large accounts and teams of 3+ members cross-function and cross-geography; drives results and guides junior team members and works alongside practice leader to provide top-tier strategic counsel to account teams

· Strong Communication Skills: Superior oral and written communication skills; proofreading and editing ability

  • Tools Knowledge: Prior      experience with social media listening, publishing, measurement, and paid      media ad platforms is a must; this includes tools such as Netbase,      Shareablee, native social channel insight tools and others. 
  • Paid Media: Extensive knowledge      and experience executing social media paid media advertising on relevant      platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram 

· Reporting: Strong reporting skills and the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
