We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities include:


  • Create project execution plans and manage the implementation
  • Design and implement project purchasing plans
  • Exhibit leadership and demonstrate company values
  • Contribute to business development and estimating department needs
  • Develop and manage construction schedules
  • Plan meetings involving stakeholders, operations teams, and contractors  and conduct formal presentations
  • Perform RFIs/submittals
  • Manage costs/adhere to budgets
  • Support proposal efforts
  • Ensure supply/equipment availability
  • Conduct project reporting
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
  • Obtain permits and licenses
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  •  BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 10+ years of prior related experience, including field experience 
  • Project manager experience on large-scale and vertical projects
  • Experience with extensive and/or intricate project safety plans
  • Knowledge of project delivery models and large, complex projects including vertical construction
  • Ability to fully comprehend the contract's terms and conditions that affect risk
  • Skilled in business development
  • Professional confidence
  • Significant experience with RFIs, submittals, and site plans
Salary Description
$125k to $165k
