The Office Coordinator is a professional who manages office communication and facilitates key tasks in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Customer Service and Office Coordination: Coordinates incoming inquiries through ticketing system, assigning tasks to other members of the team, and communicating back to customers as needed. Processing paperwork, maintaining records, order entry, meeting minutes, reporting, supply ordering and all other general office support related tasks for the aftermarket group as assigned. 
  • Field Service, Parts and Technician Support: Prepares job paperwork and performs customer interactions, including technician job files, quoting, sales order entry, invoicing, and filing. Facilitating sales orders following order entry to completion.
  • Training: Assist aftermarket managers in arranging and maintaining technician training (both in house and traveling).
  • Safety, Equipment and Warranty Liaison: works in conjunction with appropriate Fulton teams to communicate with internal and external customers. Manage department tool and safety equipment inventory. 
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience)

2-4 years experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably at a manufacturing facility. Prior safety or warranty coordination preferred. Associates degree or higher preferred.

Possess a solid skillset of Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel software applications. Ability to adapt to several other application platforms.

Reliable, self-starter with extreme attention to detail, strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills,. Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high volume, high quality work and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment. Ability to work with minimal direction, independently or with the team.

Willing to assume increasing levels of responsibility and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement. Ability to determine priorities of non-routine situations and participate and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed, including providing support and interacting with department staff and all levels of management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Repetitive Motion - Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands and fingers. 

Sitting - The body is supported by buttocks and back and employee needs to remain seated for extended periods of time.

Salary Description
$20-$25 per hour
