About the Role:
Annecillary Furniture Services, a CRI company, provides delivery and installation services in the fast-paced commercial furniture industry. The Installation Specialist proves integral to the functioning of Annecillary as they ensure that all product arrives to and from the warehouse damage free. Along with being trusted to deliver product they coordinate field crews and communicate with clients to manage commercial installations and deliveries from start to finish.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CRI and client teams on job sites in the field.
- Follow installation plans and job scope detailed in work orders.
- Write change orders when performing work not included in the scope.
- Organize and manage all crew onsite for optimal completion of projects.
- Communicate any damage or issues to the CRI and client teams. This includes a detailed description, line item, quantity, part information, floor/work station location, and photos of issues and product sticker.
- Log time of each crew member daily.
- Email daily updates the CRI and client teams for long-term projects.
- Photograph all deliveries/pick-ups to email to CRI and client teams.
- Obtain client signatures on work orders and change orders.
- Note all outstanding items and issues on work order paperwork.
- Unload truck with field crew daily once return from job site.
- Collaborate with CRI team to anticipate/plan for project challenges and solve outstanding issues.
- Provide product knowledge so that CRI team can create accurate quotes.
- Mentor and train new field crew members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client in the field.
- Follow job scope detailed in work orders.
- Write change orders when performing work not included in the work order scope.
- Log time of each crew member daily.
- Photograph all deliveries/pick-ups to email to Annecillary and client teams.
- Communicate any damage or issues to the Annecillary and client teams.
- Obtain client signatures on work orders and change orders.
- Note all outstanding items and issues on work order paperwork.
- Unload truck with field crew daily once return from job site.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Flexibility

- Attention to detail

- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in driving commercial trucks
- Clean driving record
- Spanish fluency highly desired
