Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. 
  • Greets members promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Address the member by name whenever possible. 
  • Know and be able to recite specials and/or restaurant promotions to create member awareness. 
  • Record food and beverage orders from the members accurately, repeating information back to the member to ensure proper order was taken and making suggestions for beverage and food course upsells.
  • Records orders into POS system accurately, and in a timely manner. 
  • Checks completed orders for accuracy prior t serving. Delivers food promptly, serves hot food hot, and cold food cold. Includes appropriate condiments. 
  • Replenishes beverages as necessary band checks with members for overall satisfaction. 
  • Promptly presents ember check and obtain appropriate signatures. 
  • Assists bar, Men’s Grill, dining room, and other areas in running food to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Performs all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments, restocking side tables, folding napkins, set-up and breakdown of dining and banquet events, equipment and furniture upkeep and transportation, outdoor set-up (including cushion removal, cleanliness, and décor positioning). 
  • Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as as assigned to adhere to health standards. 
  • Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training. 
  • Works varying schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime to reflect the business needs of the Club. Attends mandatory departmental meetings as scheduled. 
  • Must be able to take a minimum of 10 covers at one time if needed. 
  • Physical requirement: Must be able to carry and/or lift trays, glassware, and tray stand. 10-20 lbs. 
  • Must, at all times, be wearing shoes that are both slip and oil resistant. 


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Food Handler and TABC certification.
  • Fine Dining experience preferred.
  • No exposed tattoos or piercings.
