Description

The Personal Insurance Client Advisor performs the necessary functions associated with servicing clients at the highest level possible for either an Account Executive or House-driven book of business by:


  • Meeting service and retention requirements and performing essential functions to the quality standards set by the agency
  • Managing assigned book of business
  • Monitoring and managing expiration reports
  • Quoting and processing renewals, reinstating policies, and requoting as necessary
  • Actively working to round accounts and generate referral business
  • Reporting and managing potential and active claims
  • Thorough and timely communication with Client Associate to insure excellent client experience
  • Processing payments when necessary
  • Following company and divisional SOP’s regarding the Agency Operating System
  • Handling Client emergencies promptly and appropriately
  • May work as a team member with an Account Executive to service, retain & round a book of business.
  • May provide support to the Account Executive in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Outlook and EPIC
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organized and timely
  • Acceptable results of pre-employment background screening

Education and Experience:

  • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
  • 1+ years of experience as a licensed Personal Insurance professional
  • Must have or be willing to obtain designations as determined by your director
Salary Description
$40,000 - $65,000 per year
