Description
Tacoma Country and Golf Club has a fine dining and upscale casual restaurant. We are actively searching for someone to join our team as a Line Cook/ Prep Cook
Duties include but are not limited to:
Set up cook station and prepare all food items in a timely manner
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Restock, clean, maintain and restock cook station items as needed throughout the shift
Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas, adhering to proper food storage procedures. (Food Handler's Card Required)
Requirements
2 years experience working as a line cook is required
Food Handlers Permit Required
Salary Description
$20-23/ Hour
