About the role

As Project Architect, you will be responsible for overview of the architectural set. Primary in-house drafting / production lead. Coordinate with Project Manager PM), SW, Design Lead (DL), and Staff to produce a complete set of architectural working drawings.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation of renderings, animations, and other Schematic drawings to help communicate with the client the vision of their project.

Assist with coordination of consultant information into Architectural drawings.

Coordinate with Project Principal, Project Manager and Project Architect to produce a complete set of Architectural Construction Documents.

Ability to coordinate all facets of putting a building together. Clarity and completeness of the architectural set of drawings.

Reports

Project Architect will report to Project Principal and Project Manager. 

Continuing Education/ Expertise/ Leadership

Minimum of three years’ experience working in an Architectural firm.

Achievement of State of Texas Architectural license and registration.

Participate in continuing education seminars, conventions & organizations relevant to Architecture to stay up to date on the latest best practices and techniques.
