Lucas Systems is a 25-year-old, software provider that transforms how work is performed in distribution centers. Our Voice, AI, and machine learning optimization software improves the work life of warehouse workers by making it safer, and easier, while increasing productivity.


We are seeking a highly-driven Account Manager with a track record of over attainment. This individual will be responsible for expanding Lucas' footprint in existing accounts and sustaining customer retention. Experience in the warehousing and distribution center field is required.

  • Seasoned professional with proven track record of successfully growing existing accounts.
  • BS degree.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct business activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in distribution, logistics or manufacturing is preferred.

Location: Opportunities at U.S. headquarters in Wexford, PA, or regionally in U.S. (major airport).
